The mission of The Phillip A. Hughes Foundation is to support youth programs and deserving children that demonstrate an aptitude in and a passion for the musical arts. Proceeds will benefit the children of Fauquier, Loudoun, Culpeper and Rappahannock counties through gifts of private instruction, instruments, and scholarships for those pursuing an education in music after high school. PAHF's main fundraiser is the Philapalooza Golf Tournament, held every June or July on the hottest day of the year at Stonewall Golf Club in Gainesville, Virginia.
